El Portús is situated on Spain’s Costa Calida, approximately 15 minutes drive from the town of Cartagena, in the region of Murcia, midway between Alicante and Almeria.

Cartagena is well signposted from airports and easily accessible from motorways.

There are regular flights from many UK airports to both Murcia (RMU) airport (opened January 2019) a 30 minute drive from El Portús, and Alicante (ALC) airport, 90 minute drive.

Taxi transfers to and from the resort can be arranged – please ask us for details.

There are many car hire operators at the airports.

Many ferry companies operate routes from the UK to Spain.
